What We Stand For

Six things we ask
of everyone here.

01
Warmth
Every person who walks through this gate deserves to feel genuinely welcomed. Not performed warmth. Real warmth.
02
Accountability
You own your results — good and not-so-good. We name what happened, fix it, and move forward. No excuses.
03
Cultural Respect
The Maasai community are our partners, not our backdrop. Everyone here engages with this culture with genuine respect.
04
Excellence
Our guests have come a long way. Good enough is not good enough. We do things properly the first time, every time.
05
Curiosity
We want people who ask questions and are never satisfied with the last version of themselves. Enkare grows — so must you.
06
Courage
Raise the difficult thing. Say the honest thing. Stand up for the guest. Stand up for your colleague. Silence is not neutral here.
